4. Control blood pressure and cholesterol

6. Antioxidant-rich foods

Eating foods rich in antioxidants such as spinach, kale, and mustard greens are very good not only for the eyes but overall health.Antioxidants are vitamins that protect and repair cells from damage such as infection, so keep your immune system stay strong. Fruits and vegetables are colorful high in antioxidants include berries, prunes, plums, sprouts, eggplant, beans, and red wine.
