Foods and Beverages That Can Disrupt Sleep When Body Health


Sleep disturbances at night often makes the body weak and not fit the next day that can interfere with daily activities. Many things that cause sleep disorders and several types of foods can also cause sleep disturbances. Even so every person can have different causes, then it is necessary to know the causes of sleep disorders, and then try to avoid it.

But there’s no harm in also to review the types of foods and beverages that have been taken before bed if you’re having trouble sleeping

Cured Meats

Should avoid foods that contain meat that is preserved as an afternoon snack. Ham, bacon, sausages and cured meats contain high levels of amino acid tyramine.

Amino acid tyramine can trigger the brain to release norepinephrine. Norepinephrine is a brain stimulant that makes people feel alert and awake.

Brown

Enjoy a hot chocolate or chocolate snack at night is very tempting. However, many people are more sensitive to caffeine because of increasing age.

Sepotongan sometimes only a small chocolate on ice cream can cause a person to have sleep disorders. Chocolate also contains tyrosine, an amino acid stimulation.

Tyrosine is a nonessential amino acid that the body is made from another amino acid called phenylalanine. This is a building block for several important brain chemicals called neurotransmitters, including epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine.

Neurotransmitter helps nerve cells communicate and influence mood.

Energy Drinks

Various types of energy drinks are usually high in the amino acid taurine and caffeine. Amino acids taurine and caffeine to increase alertness and adrenaline.

The results of new studies indicate that, even if the energy drink in the morning, combine the high-dose taurine and caffeine can make it difficult to sleep, or sleep with a good quality in the future.

Tomato sauce, chili, pizza, and spicy foods

Indigestion is a common source of sleep disturbance, and many people fail to get back to sleep. Sour and spicy foods can cause reflux, heartburn, indigestion and other symptoms that interfere with sleep.

Drinking Alcohol
